Social Users Dashboard

Overview

The Social Users dashboard gives sponsors visibility into the social activity happening across the race — photos shared, comments posted, likes given, and overall engagement. Use it to monitor the social health of your race and identify active participants.

Accessing the Dashboard

From your race's dashboard hub, look for the social user management option in the sidebar.

Social Activity Feed

Racery's race pages feature a live activity feed where racers share their progress. Each time a racer logs an activity, it can appear in the feed along with:

  • Activity details — type, distance, duration
  • Photos — images from their workout
  • Comments — personal notes and hashtags
  • Reactions — likes and comments from other racers

The feed creates a sense of community and friendly competition. Racers see each other's posts, cheer each other on, and stay motivated through social connection.

Photos & Comments

Racers can attach photos to their activity logs — workout selfies, scenic views, or creative shots. These photos appear in the race feed and in the Photo Gallery. Comments and hashtags help organize content and make it discoverable.

Tip: Encourage photo sharing by mentioning it in your race communications. Photos drive 3–5x more engagement than text-only posts in the race feed.

Managing Content

As a sponsor, you can view all social activity from the dashboard. This includes the ability to:

  • View all posts and photos shared by racers
  • Monitor comments for inappropriate content
  • Identify your most active and engaged participants
  • Export racer images via the Reports dashboard

Engagement Metrics

Social activity contributes to fitness engagements — a key metric visible in race infographics. Engagements include activity logs, photo uploads, comments, likes, and other interactions. The Infographics report shows total fitness engagements alongside miles and activities.
