Racer Mileage & Reports

Overview

Racer mileage data is accessed through the Reports dashboard. There is no standalone racer mileage dashboard — instead, the Reports dashboard provides exportable reports covering participant activities, rankings, donations, registrations, and more.

This article focuses on the mileage-specific reports and data exports available to sponsors. For a general overview of the Reports dashboard, see Reports Dashboard.

From your race's dashboard hub, click Reports in the sidebar to open the download page.

Racer Activity CSV Export

The Racer activity CSV export is the primary report for accessing detailed racer mileage data. The spreadsheet includes columns for:

  • Identity: Nickname, First Name, Last Name, Email
  • Team info: Team, Captain status, Groups
  • Mileage: Total Miles
  • Contact: Mailing Address (full), Phone
  • Purchases: Extra data, Purchase info, Promo Code, Value of Contribution
  • Financial: Donation, Submitted Donation, Total Entry, Client Port, Estimated Net of Stripe, Racery Fee
  • Metadata: Registration Date

Tip: Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets to sort by Total Miles and identify top performers or racers who may need encouragement.

Infographics

The Infographics report generates a visual summary you can share with leadership or participants. It includes:

  • Total number of racers
  • Total miles accumulated
  • Total activities logged
  • Total fitness engagements
  • Top activities (by hashtag)
  • Top groups

Date Range Filtering

Most reports support date range filtering. Select From and To dates to narrow the data to a specific period. Leave the dates blank to include all data.

Note: Data is pulled in EST (Eastern Standard Time). If your race spans multiple time zones, keep this in mind when filtering by date.
