Photo Gallery
Overview
Every Racery race includes a shared photo gallery where participants can upload and browse photos from their activities. Think of it as a "healthy Instagram" — running selfies, dog walks, trail views, and team celebrations all in one place.
Uploading Photos
You can upload photos from both the mobile app and the web:
- When logging an activity: Attach a photo to your activity log entry
- From the gallery: Navigate to the photo gallery tab and upload directly
Tip: Photos from your activities appear in the race's activity feed alongside your mileage, giving other participants a window into your daily routine.
Browsing the Gallery
The photo gallery displays all participant-submitted photos in a shared feed. Browse to see what your fellow racers are up to — trail runs, gym sessions, scenic walks, and more.
Why Photos Matter
Shared photos boost the sense of community in a remote race. They let colleagues glimpse into each other's daily lives beyond work calls and emails, fostering personal connections that are often lost in distributed teams.
Participants aren't just documenting exercise — they're inviting others into their world and creating authentic touchpoints for relationship building.
Sizzle Reels
After a race ends, sponsors can compile participant photos into video montages called "sizzle reels." These short highlight videos showcase the race experience and can be shared internally or used for future event promotion.
